Professor Dr. Virapong Prachayasittikul receives the National Excellent Researcher Award 2010

               On December 29, 2010, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) organized a press conference for the NRCT Research Awards: National Excellent National Researcher Award, Research Output Award and Excellent Doctoral Thesis Award for the Year 2010 at the Jomphol Sarit Thanarat Room, 2nd Floor, NRCT Building, National Research Council of Thailand. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Virapong Prachayasittikul, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University received the National Excellent Researcher Award for the Year 2010 from the NRCT in the field of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The press conference also showcased posters with details of the research output carried out by the many distinguished scientists. The event also opens up opportunity for the press to interview the outstanding researchers. The research awards will be officially given to the award recipients on February 2, 2011.
